From the first conversation we take responsibility for your project: design, permits, every trade, schedule and budget. As general contractor we coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and partner firms – you only ever talk to us.
Our focus is the renovation and conversion of existing buildings – from office to residential or serviced apartments, for example. And because good renovation qualifies for funding today, we handle the KfW and BAFA programmes in parallel and support you with the financing.

Before we build, we scan: with our own handheld 3D scanner we capture your building on site in no time and to the millimetre, and create a digital twin. That way we plan on the exact model instead of outdated drawings – and you get fewer surprises on site.
Alongside renovation and delivery we are building our own construction ERP: software that brings costing, scheduling, site progress and communication together in one place – built out of our own practice, for exactly the processes we need every day.
